How can FullCup.ai help?
Answers to the questions people ask most, and tickets for everything else. Every reply reaches your inbox, the header bell and e-mail.
Common questions
What does FullCup.ai charge?
The platform fee is 9% plus US$0.15 on each contribution. FullCup.ai shows it on the effective amount of your contribution before you pay, never only as a formula. Open the calculator
What is a Cup key?
A Cup key is a scoped API key. The creator receives the key, never the money: it draws down the compute that backers funded for that one Cup, through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
How do I check a receipt?
Every request made with a Cup key produces a signed receipt. Anyone can check the signature against the public key published at /.well-known/fullcup-signing-key, without trusting FullCup.ai. How to verify a receipt
What is the Jar?
The Jar is the common pool of capacity. Capacity moves in and out of it as capacity, never as money, and each movement is listed publicly with its reason. See the Jar
Can I get a refund, and what happens when a Cup closes?
A contribution can be withdrawn within seven days, and a refund covers the capacity a Cup has not consumed yet. When a funded Cup closes, the capacity left over goes back to its backers as a capacity credit, in proportion to what each one funded and net of the fee. You can redirect the credit to another Cup or to the Jar. Read the refund policy
What are tiers?
A tier is a capacity class that fixes which models a Cup key can call: Essential, Advanced and Frontier. Each tier also serves the models of the tiers below it, and the set is fixed when the key is created. Compare the tiers
What are model hours?
Model hours turn dollars into working time: how long a model in a tier can work on a contribution, from a rate measured on signed receipts and refreshed daily. Where there is not enough usage yet, the published estimate applies and says so. Open the calculator
How do I delete my account?
Open a ticket in Account and privacy. FullCup.ai erases your name, e-mail, profile and messages. The ledger keeps only an opaque identifier because it cannot be rewritten, and your backing then shows as an anonymous backer. A creator whose Cup still holds balance closes it first. A full answer follows within 15 days.
